Hub Fitness Hybrid is a high-energy, performance-based group fitness class that offers strength, conditioning, core, and hybrid-style races into one purposeful training experience. Each session blends functional strength work with conditioning intervals and race-inspired challenges, completed individually or in teams, to build real-world fitness that transfers beyond the gym.
Hybrid also places a strong emphasis on movement quality, recovery, and long-term progression, using dedicated recovery and mobility space to improve flexibility, restore the body, and support sustainable performance. Sessions are fully scalable and coached, providing accountability, guidance, and support so every member feels confident, challenged, and safe. Hybrid focuses on integrating strength, conditioning, functional movement, and recovery to support long-term progression and build the capacity to do more in life. A special Squad class feature offers race-style workouts completed as individuals or partners, adding motivation, teamwork, and challenge. Sessions are fully scalable and coach-led, providing accountability, guidance, and support so every member feels confident, challenged, and safe.
RECOVERY SPACE
Our Recovery Space is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and sustain performance for life. Featuring an infrared sauna to promote muscle relaxation, circulation, and recovery, alongside a cold plunge to support inflammation management, mental resilience, and nervous system reset, this space helps your body recover as hard as it trains. More than recovery, it’s a place to reset, connect, and recharge. Integrated into the Hub Fitness experience, the Recovery Space supports long-term movement, consistency, and wellbeing—bringing people together in a community HUB that empowers you to do more in life.
SQUAD RACES
Squad is a high-energy, race-style group fitness class built around hybrid training stations that combine strength, conditioning, and functional movement. Each session features a series of challenging stations such as runs or cardio efforts, sled pushes and pulls, carries, lunges, and bodyweight work, completed individually or in partners. Designed to be fast-paced, motivating, and fun, Squad brings a competitive edge while remaining fully scalable and coach-led. With a strong focus on teamwork, accountability, and effort, Squad pushes you to move with purpose, challenge your limits, and train together in a supportive community environment.
